The CAA Essentials Story

I had just graduated from my anesthesia training and had no idea where to go next. I knew I had to get out of debt and save some money, maybe travel or do something fun, and maintain a decent standard of living -- but how? How is this possible while being financially pulled in all different directions at once? Would I have to monitor every dollar, every day? Out of this came the Steady-State method: a system that puts you in control of your finances and works in the background, so you can focus on your family, friends, and living your best life. I discovered that just like having "train-track anesthesia," your personal finances can also be train-tracked! CAA Essentials was created to share the Steady-State method with the anesthetist to equip with them tools to create their own financial freedom.
